Our Team

Michael Li

General Partner

Michael has over 15 years extensive experience across finance, investment and corporate business. He holds senior management position in many financial institutions and being incharge of corporate finance and investment banking sectors. His professional expertise strongly focused in quantitative investment and structured deals.

With a proven track record of numerous projects, he conducted in-depth due diligence process, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate equitization, corporate IPO, stock exchange listing, capital arrangement and stake divestment for large enterprises across diverse industries including construction, aviation, transportation, retail, food and beverage, among others.

He also serves as Board Member and Advisor of several companies, providing strategic guidance on transaction structuring, including affiliated stake ownership, legal and compliance considerations, financial instrument & mechanism at the upper level of management.

Nhi Tran

Venture Partner

Nhi is a seasoned specialist with over 9 years of experience in business development and customer success within the retail and technology sectors.

She has worked for TheGioiDiDong Corporation and HotDeal - top tier groupon platform, where she had excellent performance. She developed business partnerships with major consumer brands such as Viettien, Vera, Jockey, and Lee&Tee, and executed promotional campaigns. Nhi possesses extensive knowledge in B2B, B2C, customer journey, and execution procedures, which have led to operational improvements and enhanced outcomes.

In addition, since 2017, Nhi has been a property investor across various residential segments, engaging in numerous profitable business transactions.
